The following policy is only applicable to products carrying “Peonii” brand name, sold by Peonii’s store. For products sold by vendors (eg. Yoga Studio), please refer to the vendor’s store exchange policy. Please contact the vendor for further information.
At PEONII, your satisfaction is always our top priority. We ensure that all product(s) sold are correct and in good condition. However, you do need to carefully check the size and design before purchase. In the event that an exchange is needed, the following terms and conditions apply:
- Exchange is only for purchases made in Malaysia at this moment
- Exchange must be made within 7 working days from the day the item is received by the customer.
- Consultation with our customer service is needed before the any exchange is entertained.
- All exchange item(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and unwashed with product tags still intact. Products damaged by misuse, improper care or accidents are not accepted.
- Exchanges are only applicable for FULL-PRICE items.
- Kindly ship the item back to the provided address in the email via a mailing service that can be tracked. Please retain the tracking number or proof of delivery until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your item.
- For exchange, customers need to bear two-way postage of the item(s). Customers will have to pay any additional delivery fee for re-sending the item in the event that the exchanged item is rejected due to undelivered address, wrong contact number and/or nobody home when the delivery is made.
- Product color may vary due to different device color settings on the individual devices, hence, exchange is not allowed.

- Exchanges will be processed within 7 – 10 business days of acknowledgement.
